Our Story
Originally founded in 1998 in the city of East Los Angeles, Cuidado Latino Medical Clinic (“Cuidado Latino”) has been serving the community for over 20 years now as a fully operational walk in office. Our goal and mission has always centered around our patients receiving the upmost attention, care, and treatment with the highest level of integrity. Our office works on a walk in basis for all existing and new members, so whether you are sick, in need of medication, your child needs a physical exam or vaccines, or you are seeking to do blood work, you can be certain of being seen the same day.
Doctor Pauline Jaiver Jose is the medical director and primary care of the patients here at Cuidado Latino. Doctor Jose is a native of the Philippines and moved to the city of Los Angeles upon her completion of medical school and residency. Doctor Jose completed her residency in Family Medicine in Brooklyn New York and contains over twenty years of experience and knowledge in the medical field. Having a wide range of experience in the medical field, Doctor Jose is a more than capable attending physician and believes in treating the individual as a whole and not just the illness itself. Thus, she strives to develop close relationships with all of her patients visiting the office. Aiming to provide a friendly and safe environment for all patients where they can receive a high quality of care, proper treatment, and a seamless experience is the experience you can ultimately expect here at Cuidado Latino.
